I bought this kit as a way to see if there was anything major causing inflammation. It's not as thorough as tests I've had in the past, however, it is far less expensive. I would recommend this product as a quick and affordable way to see what might be creating the most inflammation. Food sensitivities are the cause of something deeper so instead of permanently cutting things out of your diet, I would recommend going deeper into digestive/health issues. Elimination diet can be a bandaid.

I never would have thought that egg whites and gluten were my main offenders. Already bought a food sensitivity book and starting my elimination diet today. Recommended it to my mom, who bought the comprehensive test. I got the results so fast and they were very easy to read and understand.

I've tried to do an elimination diet but it's so hard to figure out what is causing problems. The Food Sensitivity Test was so much easier and well worth the money. My only gripe is that corn was classified as a vegetable rather than a grain. The correct classification could helpful information for someone.

The product was easy to use-just take everything in the package and assemble where you feel comfortable. It comes complete with sterile lancets, alcohol wipes, cotton and bandages. You wash and dry your hands. Take the alcohol wipe and clean the tip of any finger (I suggest the index finger) apply the lancet to the cleaned area and hit the trigger mechanism. Express blood from the finger and fill the card that is enclosed as directed. Wipe the finger clean, bandage and then package the sample. All the shipping materials are enclosed. It couldn't be easier! They'll alert you when they receive your sample and email you with the results that you can download and print out for your doctor. Easy and fast.

This Food Sensitivity Kit is great! I found out about the foods that my body didn't like. With this information at hand I was able to remove them from my diet and immediately noticed an improvement on the symptoms that were the cause of some of my health problems.

I wish the results were more descriptive. Specifically on what each level of reaction means - for example: explaining what a mild reaction is and the science behind that on what is going on in your body, and then explain for each level. To me this helps me understand how that certain food is making me feel and what it is doing to my body. Also explaining how with each level of reaction, how long that cause the inflammation/food to stay in your system; like does a mild reactive food stay in your system for a shorter period of time and does that inflammation go away quicker once cutting it out of your diet compared to a severe reactive foods.

The food sensitivity test came quickly, was easy to use, and the turn around time to get results was lickety split. The results verified some of what I suspected, due to previous elimination diets, but indicated some really big surprises, too. So glad I took the time to look into this product.

It took me a while to take the leap, but I'm glad I ordered this test! I'm trying to decrease symptoms and know that diet can play a huge roll. But, I didn't want to start a super restrictive diet without knowing if my body actually reacted to something. For example, many AIP diets restrict eggs, but I love eggs. I didn't want to quit eating them unless I knew they were bad for me. Problem solved! Very convenient test and results were back in about a week! Kind of wish there was a version of the results that was a happy medium between the physician results and the patient results. One, is very wordy and 10 pages long, the other doesn't tell hardly any information.
