The packaging was very impressive and easy to follow. The process of using and sending back was very easy and exactly what I was looking for. I received my results very quickly. However, I would have liked a little more details about my results. The foods were listed and didn't have much detail to each. I would have liked to know more about each sensitivity. I felt like the bulk of the reporting was just how to eliminate. It would be interesting to hear how the levels work together.

Many of the foods that I've thought might be causing sensitivity symptoms are high on the list of foods I tested sensitive to. Now I'm able to try an elimination diet of foods that my body is sensitive to and am feeling results already. Other elimination diets don't always eliminate a few things I'm sensitive to and in the end didn't work.

I thought the test was very informative. The only thing I would recommend would be a food list of items that individual DID NOT react to. I have found in frustrating to navigate "Did I react to this?" and then have to scroll through. Give me both lists so I can start making those decisions more immediately, prior to a diet.

I know that I have a sensitive stomach but couldn't determine what was causing my issues. I tried the elimination diet a few times but after a few days would give up. After getting my results I've been able to better identify what to drop from my diet. Bye gluten and wheat! I had some problems with the test kit and had to stick two fingers. I suggest using your middle finger versus ring!

I have had stomach issues for years now. After taking the Everlywell food sensitivity test and seeing which foods were likely to be problematic for me I have since eliminated those foods from my diet and now feel so much better. Just having the knowledge of foods that "may" be an issue and having the tools to help eliminate them has been a blessing. I highly recommend the Everlywell Food Sensitivity test.

I always have headaches and abdominal pains joint pain. Thought maybe it was related to food but everything came back low and 15 mild, but it was just everything I ate the last few days. I'm thinking that's just because of what I ate most recently. So can't say if the tests work or not. Maybe I just don't have any High sensitivities.

My husband and I bought the tests. They arrived quickly. We washed our hands, used the lancets on our fingers, and dropped the blood on the cards. Sent it in and received texts to let us know where the kit was in the process. We got results back quickly and they were easy to read.

I love the opportunity to test my body for my concerns. It's personal and you choose what to test. The doctor may overlook some issues or underlying issues or maybe you want to test for something that your insurance doesn't cover! I love this and I recommend to my friends and family.

I used this product to confirm a food allergy and it was spot on! I did have some issues with the lancets and not getting enough blood to sample initially but I called customer service and they promptly sent out more lancets for collection and I was able to successfully get my test in.

Without this test, was clueless as to the cauae of numerous chronic symptons. And they were proven true causrs by reverse elimination (challenge) trial of presumed culprit foods/antigens. This is a big piece of the puzzle of food sensitivities that may include more than IGG reactions... but because IGG takes time to show effects, sometimes hours or days it is often not recognized as the cause of a symptom.
