[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it hasn't really told me much. Most of the explanations all like a carbon copy of the other food they mentioned. The real difference seems to be the explanation of the type of food and it's benifits. Unless I should be expecting more to come. At this moment I feel it was a waste of money.

This was a great test to take, I already knew I had a yeast allergy but finding out what other foods I had a sensitivity to was a win in itself! I was surprised at some of the foods that came up and some I already had an idea about but this just answered so many questions for me.

I received this test as a gift after experiencing weird reactions to mushrooms and wanted to pinpoint what else I was sensitive to. This test told me I had a high reaction to a food that I eat by itself constantly and feel no sensitivity towards, while I had medium reactivity to mushrooms, a food that makes my stomach hurt so badly it feels like the worst food poisoning attack. Perhaps others may find this more informative but it was not useful to me.

So of course I've seen the commercials and have done my research. I know that I have some food allergies and find that carbs in particular are bad for me. I find out by taking the food sensitivity test that even though I love dairy, I really should eliminate it from my diet. Also, soy was high on my sensitivity list. I am now doing more research and make better choices while eating out and grocery shopping. I will my dairy products but I'd rather be healthy and slimmer!

I love that you can take certain testing into your hands and do it at your convenience in your own home. This is effective and affordable. I've been suffering from what appears to be food intolerance after having a baby, and this test helped to affirm my suspicions that gluten, wheat and certain nightshades were the culprit. I like that they show the actual ig reactivity for each tested food so you can see what is severe vs moderate and tailor an elimination diet from there. It is always helpful to discuss with a doctor, but the medical community is often so hesitant about testing for food intolerances when they are not apparently severe, so being able to get some information at your fingertips can be extremely helpful to those who are suffering from mild to moderate sensitivities and trying to take control of their diet and health.

The product was very easy to use! The hardest part was taking the sample of blood as the little poker device just pokes your finger enough to draw a little amount of blood. It didn't really hurt at all but the tiny poke made it a bit difficult to draw enough blood to easily fill the circles on the card. The packaging was foolproof and very secure. Communications from the day I registered to now have been exemplary. The results of my test were easy to see and well organized. All in all, a fantastic learning experience! Now I can take these results and modify my eating habits to see just what causes me to feel bad and make knowledgeable adjustments!

I was initially nervous about taking my own blood sample, so I had my brother do it for me. I loved how quickly I got my results back, and I was surprised at what they determined. Since taking this test, I have decided to eliminate each of my high and moderate sensitivities, and I am looking forward to seeing how my health and symptoms improve.

When the kit arrived it was easy to follow the instructions. Received a email when they received my test and could follow along with the process of it. Within 5 days I received my results. The results are very easy to understand and print. So happy I did this, I was always curious about which foods I am sensitive too.

I was feeling so sick for so long despite eating clean. I finally decided to purchase the food sensitivity test and give it a try. Turns out food I was eating on a daily basis I was intolerant to. I eliminated all my highly reactive foods like they suggest, the difference was like night and day! I feel so much better already.

The results were really clear to read. I only wish there was an option to have insurance pay for the tests. Otherwise, I have no complaints and hope to use them again!
