This was super easy to do, the kit was very complete and well put together. They were very fast on the testing and results issued. However, I found the results to be inconclusive and hard to understand. Overall, for me, I do not feel this was worth the cost. I regret doing this and feel it was a waste of my money.

I took the test because I was having stomach issues that wouldn't resolve. I found out that I eat things every day that I am highly sensitive to. It's only been 3 days since I took the test and my stomach already feels better. I wish I had taken the test sooner!

I always had a sneaking suspicion that I had some sort of food sensitivity - I had a ton of symptoms but could never get my doctor to test (acne, eczema, unexplained rashes, stomach upset, tired all the time, etc). I found out that I have a sensitivity to Gluten, Wheat, Clams, and bananas, I just started cutting all of the above out of my diet. I can't wait to start feeling better :)

The information from the online registration process was exceedingly helpful, especially since the kit instructions seemed insufficient and lacking in pertinent info. Communication from Everly Well was excellent. I was notified of the sample's arrival at the lab and received my results 4 days after that. The results seemed easy to access and I look forward to spending more time reviewing them and making dietary adjustments as necessary. I was surprised by the results - food i thought i had issues with, I apparently don't and the foods that I'm most sensitive to were ones I never suspected.

Super easy from start to finish. From time of purchase receiving testing returning and getting results all during Christmas & New Year holiday everything done in 2week/under. Some things I had an idea of but the food sensitivity test just gave me a better perspective and an actual degree of sensitivity. So very thankful for my husband seeing this ad on TV and taking a chance and purchasing it.

I was given this kit for Christmas and was anxious to use it .. I had to do the finger stick test ..I was a bit apprehensive to stick my own finger and drip blood on the card that was supplied ..However the procedure was extremely well explained and I was able to see a video which gave me step by step instructions. I was surprised at the results as I found I was reactive to foods I did not expect ..my only complaint is I would have like more explanation of the results ..what does reactivity mean ? Allergic ? What does each level of reactivity mean ..are these foods I should avoid ? What do the lower levels mean ?

I had suspected that I was having poor reactions to eggs and this test confirmed it for me. I was a bit shocked that some of the food listed as mild sensitivity were ones that I eat all the time - broccoli and cauliflower! I don't want to eliminate those but I will watch for the food that were listed as high and moderate sensitivity to see if I notice a difference.

We've been eating healthy and cleaning up our diet for over five years. We felt it was time to take it to the next level and find out what foods we might be sensitive to. Sometimes you can be sensitive to "healthy" foods Found out that I'm sensitive to the protein in both the egg white and the egg yolk! You have to take your health into your own hands. Even though there are good doctors out there, insurance companies don't allow them to spend enough time with each patient. We need to become our own health advocate if we don't want to take ever pill they advertise on television. This is a good baseline test at a fair price to start your journey to good health! I want to live long and travel the world with no meds. So far so good - 61 and healthy!

I love the opportunity to test my body for my concerns. It's personal and you choose what to test. The doctor may overlook some issues or underlying issues or maybe you want to test for something that your insurance doesn't cover! I love this and I recommend to my friends and family.
