Ok, quick warning to people, getting your fingers to produce enough drops of blood is not easy, I recommend the outside of your pinkie finger, that seemed to work best. But the service was incredibly fast, and I was not surprised by most of my results, but the few that I was surprised by I found most interesting. The quality and speed of the service was top notch though!

I had trouble getting blood with the lancets. I used them both and could still barely get 5 drops of blood. Results would have more value if they also did some sugar tests for maltose, lactose, etc. I know I have a problem with malt that didn't register. Also, it sounds like if you're avoiding a problem food, it wouldn't register. Otherwise, the test was well organized and fast. Useful info provided.

My doctor had said don't waste your time with this. Well I already bought it so what the heck. I discovered I was highly off the charts sensitive to brewer's yeast!!! So interesting. I have never been told this in my life and yet when I look back at two allergic reactions I had in the past decade- both involved drinking beer that day. Funny - allergist just tested the food I ate - not the drinks. This isn't supposed to test for allergies just sensitivities but I can't help but find they are related. I can't believe how much food/drink has brewer's yeast. I feel more empowered taking this test and found the information in the results to be a helpful guide in the right direction.

As an individual in healthcare, I was happy to have a test that I could take at home and not have to visit my doctors office. It was very easy to do and the results came back within a week of mailing. The cost is half of what you would spend for a formal test. My results were surprising and only time will tell with removing that food from my diet if the test is accurate for my symptoms. Also, even in healthcare, my brain did not process that the food that I was looking to prove my sensitivity, has to be in my diet at the time of the test. I had already eliminated that food and so it didn't show up on the test. My bad for not understanding that at first but I did learn of a different food that could be causing my symptoms.

The test was easy to take. I only had Mild reactivity to things. Not sure what that means exactly. I saw a lot about what to do with High and Moderate reactivity but nothing on mild. Not sure if those foods should be a concern or not. Maybe this test wasn't intended for me. Was kind of hoping to uncover something interesting. Some places on the website talk about Class 1, 2, and 3 foods, but the language isn't consistent with what is emailed. There is shows low, mild, moderate, and high.

This test was very helpful in identifying some surprising food sensitivities. While I am lucky that I only had one severe sensitivity, it was a big surprise and a food I eat often. As for my moderate sensitivities, those were surprising too. I am glad I took the test!

Had been having trouble with food sensitivities for over a year. Had a different test about a year ago and eliminated some foods. Began to add them back in and wanted to test sensitivities so decided to do Everly well and got quick results, turns out I am still sensitive to a lot of the same foods as last year but also found some more I have just eliminated so we will see how I feel!

My brother got me the Everlywell Food Sensitivity test for my birthday after I would break out in rashes on my cheeks after eating certain things (but I couldn't fully pinpoint or admit it to myself). My results were shocking but also made complete sense. Now that I know what to look out for, I have noticed I no longer break out in rashes. Unless, I give in to my cravings because I'm human and because pizza... I look forward to continuing to play closer attention to my body and get the expanded Food Sensitivity test.

I was very surprised to find out that I have a high reactivity to egg whites and a moderate reactivity to egg yolks! I eat eggs all the time & never suspected they might be a problem. I will be using the results to start a food elimination diet. I already avoid some of the foods that the test confirmed but eggs & almonds were VERY surprising! Thank you.
