Food has a way of kicking me when I'm down. I never know exactly what's going to affect me and when it does, misery is inevitable. My results were not what I expected at all, which is actually really enlightening bc food I thought I was good with is the actual culprit. Now I have a great place to start with reshaping my diet.

I got it as a Christmas present and was surprised at my results. There were things that I thought I was sensitive too like pasta and pineapple that I was not and others that I had no idea that I WAS. Only drawback was all the blood I needed. My first test didn't have enough so they sent a new one (at no charge). I needed a few more lancets to get all of it in the second test.

My Husband and I have had stomach issues related to different foods that we couldn't quite pinpoint. We both did the test as a way to break down exactly what we were sensitive to. Some of the results were surprising and others were not. We were able to eliminate our moderate to high sensitivity foods and have both felt incredibly better.

It was helpful to obtain the results and learn more about what foods may be effecting my health. The kit was easy to use and the results came fast. It was easy to read and understand the results as well. I liked the extra information as well about elimination diets and how to test for food sensitivities. Very helpful and professional.

I definitely recognized items on the "no" lists as things that bothered me-such as peanuts and cashews. There were some other ones I had no idea though. I am extra careful with what I eat now and trying to cut items from my diet. Helpful information.

I didn't receive a lot of information about the sensitivity levels. I don't know whether I need to completely cut out the items that scored as moderate reactivity or not. I liked that the site provided alternatives to items that showed up as mild or moderate sensitivity for me, but I still feel a bit lost in general.

Just got my food sensitivity test results back and never had any idea I had an issue with eggs... no wonder I always felt bad no matter what I avoided! This test really helped me narrow down the foods that I can eat to feel better. I am very happy with the results - speed, ease of use, results - all of it!

My doctor didn't believe me when I said I think I need to be tested for food allergies. So I took matters into my own hands and used everlywell and my experience has been great. Now I can prove that my doctor needs to believe me. I know my body best.

I'm SO happy I decided to do this test. I found out that my most sensitive foods are some I've been eating every single day... almonds and cashews. I've removed them from my diet and have replaced them with foods that are mild on my system. I plan on doing more tests for sure.

Purchased the food sensitivity test. And I had nooo idea I had a huge sensitivity to eggwhites or chicken! Totally thought it was sugar and wheat/gluten. Was very enlightening and plan on starting the elimination diet to see how I feel after eliminating a few things from my diet. Plan on trying the allergy test one next!
