I'm so glad they include three finger sticks as I did my first finger on the opposite side. I'd recommend sticking the side of the finger that you'll hold closest to the paper. Easy to do on my own and makes me wonder why traditional labs need a full tube! Glad I did this as I had no idea I have so many other sensitivities, other than my celiac disease. This will help me greatly!

The product was easy to use and the results were equally easy to read. I wish there were a few other foods tested. We do a lot of gardening, and many of the foods that I eat frequently were not on the list of 96. Some of the foods I tested as not being as sensitive to, I have been really sensitive to in the past- so my gut must be healing a little. Praise God.

I was a little apprehensive to complete a test on my own since I had to supply blood samples. The process of the package was great. It was easy to use and followed the timeline that was presented to me. However I was disappointed in my results. I have had some stomach issues when it comes to eating and after a few doctors visit, I decided to try this test instead to see if it would show any foods I was reactive to. My results showed nothing I was highly or moderately reactive to and listed about everything imaginable for lowly reactive. I am left with results I have no clue what to do with and no clarity on what actually can be of hinderance to my body. This test was too broad.

I had been thru an elimination diet and this test confirmed my findings as well as finding a few more hidden allergies I didn't know I had. This will help me avoid the foods that don't sit well with my body. I was sorry garlic was one, as I love things flavored with fresh garlin.

The product is easy to use and results come fast. I am interested in talking with others about their results and their food journey. I requested to join the Facebook group but it hasn't been accepted yet. I'm confused because some allergists and doctors say the test doesn't test for the right thing and therefore measures only what you've recently eaten rather than what you've recently eaten and are sensitive to. My results disprove this opposing critique a bit, but I wish there was more consensus that IgG was the marker to measure (as opposed to IgE or others). Regardless, I'll start an elimination diet and keep a good journal and listen to what my body tells me.
