I've been told by doctors I was gluten sensitive without ever having proof from any tests. I went gluten free for 6 weeks and yeah, I felt better but was not convinced gluten was the sole culprit of all of my gastric issues. I ran across this test and after seeing testimonials of other people like me decided I had nothing to lose. The test itself wasn't painful (carefully follow directions and watch the video). It took some time for the results but well worth the wait. My suspicions were confirmed! In addition to gluten, I am most sensitive to eggs and dairy among a few other things. I have ordered the expanded test and plan to do the elimination diet after I receive those results to pinpoint my main food sensitivities. If you have any issues at all I highly recommend this test.

I can see if someone is squirmy around blood would not like this test because you do have to draw your blood yourself, however, the amount of blood needed is so small it wasn't an issue for me. The interface the results comes in was really cool. I was talking about my results to everyone I could.

I'm allergic to beer (brewers yeast)....sucks but know I know why I always felt like poo even after just one beer. and I also found out Kale and Myself has a slight issue (not like I'm complaining, I hate the stuff) but its a perk to tell my health coach not to add it to my diet. ALL AND ALL VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PROCDUCT

I really liked this test, it was so user friendly. They broke down all the steps and made it super simple and stress free. The included everything you need in the kit yo make it easy from start to finish. They also kept me updated through the entire process so I knew the status of my results from shipping process to results processing. I also got my results much faster than I thought I would. I also like how they broke down the results and made it easy to understand the food sensitivities.

I have been experiencing GI issues for the past decade and have tried everything the internet/doctors/friends suggest including a low FodMap diet. And I still experienced the same issues every single day. Finding out what my food intolerance are opened my eyes and really connected the dots. So far, using my "abnormal food list" as my elimination diet has helped alleviate some of the GI distress I have been living with. I have a GI appointment coming up later this month to determine any internal cause (s) to my distress, but I can positively say having results from this test has already improved my daily functioning. And best of all, I can print off my results and bring it to my next GI appointment. Everything was easy from the ordering process to the sample collection and results. I appreciated the text updates to each step of the process. The next test I'm going to do is the Thyroid test since thyroid issues run in my family.

The test was easy to do. I was hesitant to order the test, based on some of the reviews. I'm glad I ignored them, now. I've eliminated the foods I had even a mild sensitivity to. I feel so much better. I'm only about 2 weeks in and my acid reflux has improved greatly. I also have more energy. I'm sure I will reintroduce some of the foods that I had the mildest sensitivity to, later. I'll just see how things go. I feel the test results are empowering me to make dietary choices that are best for me.

This test was so easy to do! Directions were easy to follow, and the testing itself was easy as well. Test results came back fast, and I was able to understand the results without consulting anyone for help. So thankful for this test, and how it helped me change my life and feel better again!

I was not impressed by this product. The instructions were clear, and the sample was easy to get. After a few days, I received the results. It only detected a mild sensitivity to two foods-egg whites and ginger. Really? It tested for over 70 foods, but it only detected two random foods. My husband also did the test, and it only detected 5 (Some of the foods he doesn't even eat.) Since we are both over 60, I find it hard to believe that we are only mildly sensitive to very few foods. Very disappointed.
