I would buy this product again

This is a great website where you can take simple tests without making an appointment and waiting days for results. I received my kit and it was simple and very easy to follow. I received my results back quickly. It really gives you peace of mind to know what's going on inside your body so you can make adjustments for overall optimal health results.

I'm recommending this test to everyone

It's important we know what food our bodies don't like so we can stop putting it in them! Food sensitivities can not only cause physical reactions like rashes and bloating, but can also impact our mental health as well. Recommending this test to everyone so they can be armed with that knowledge!

Confirmed some sensitivities, identified others

Getting the required 10 drops of blood from my finger before it clotted was HARD. It just pooled on the back of my fingernail and wouldn't drop. I suspected this would be the case, my blood coagulates during routine blood draws. Anyway, I ended up with more blood on my milking hand than on the card. If you might have this problem, cut the nail on the finger you're pricking. Confirmed sensitivity to cow milk products, and identified chicken and egg. I thought it was gluten giving me headaches when I ate bread or pasta, but those contain egg.

Super helpful!

I was having tremendous stomach pain and couldn't figure out what was going on. I ordered the test and it arrived within a couple of days. It was easy to follow and easy to send it in. Hardest part was pricking my own finger, but I did it! It's simple. The results took longer than I expected, but they were thorough. I've reduced gluten and dairy based upon the results and I'm feeling so much better. It's good to know what my sensitivities are and then the rest is up to me! I ordered this too because an appointment with my dr was a few weeks out and then the labwork they send out would take even longer. I wanted answers sooner and I got it!

Very easy to use. If there is any problem when the test gets to the lab, they will replace it free of charge, even if we messed up by not following the directions. Video needs to be updated though, since we no longer need to fill in our information and we are left confused, wondering if the lab will process the test without putting in our info somewhere

Great product

I was really happy with the resutls of my test. My only issue was that it registered foods on the very low end of the spectrum and the explaintion of it was very confusing. If those foods aren't likely to have any impact on me, I don't really care to know about them.

Very Easy to Use

This was a lot more convenient than driving into the city to see my doctor and try to convince them to run a food allergy panel. I've read mixed info regarding IgG tests for this purpose but here are my thoughts. The criticism I see is that your body sees all foods as intruders and creates IgG antibodies for all of them. According to that theory, foods you eat the most would show the highest reactivity. However, my top hit was mustard which I hate though I do have a spice grinder with mustard seed as an ingredient so I have a tiny bit of exposure. Another high hit was almond, which I knew I couldn't tolerate raw but I have roasted sometimes with less reaction. Egg white was one I suspected and hoped wouldn't show up but it did. So in my case, my highest reactive foods were not foods I eat the most often but rather foods I already mostly avoided. In my opinion it's not something to take as gospel, but it's a great starting point if you suspect you may have delayed reactions to foods that make it hard to pinpoint the culprit. You'll still need to do an elimination test of that food to confirm but it gives you a starting point.

Easy to do - hard to find out what the results actually mean

The entire logistics are super easy and user friendly. Once I got the results - within a week - it was tough to figure out what to do with the new knowledge of those results. The FB discussions don't really help a lot as everyone seems to be sort of lost with it and other users try to help but it hard to find some valuable advise.

Not to determine intolerance's nor similar

If you want to find out what foods are causing you problems, or why, this is not the test for you. Do not mistake intolerance or allergy for ''sensitivity''. My results came back with zero high reactivity foods, one moderate and four mild... of which all were in the lower percentile to even make a difference. Meaning, the test will not help me determine what foods create digestive issues for me etc, etc
