If you want to find out what foods are causing you problems, or why, this is not the test for you. Do not mistake intolerance or allergy for ''sensitivity''. My results came back with zero high reactivity foods, one moderate and four mild... of which all were in the lower percentile to even make a difference. Meaning, the test will not help me determine what foods create digestive issues for me etc, etc

Finally, I have information that will help me figure out why I sneeze when eating and drinking, and why my stomach hurts after eating sometimes. EverlyWell food sensitivity test gave me so much information, about not only foods but spices to eliminate to improve my health. Look out 2019, a better me is going to emerge!

I have been having chronic hives and digestive issues for years now, and a friend recommended this test. I am so happy with the results! Turns out I am moderately reactive to dairy, gluten, egg whites, wheat, and garlic. I have eliminated them from my diet and am feeling so much better. The kit is easy to understand and use. A quick process all around! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my results after sending my kit back. All around excellent process!

I'm having stomach issues and wanted to see if foods were triggers for me, I didn't have a ton of results but chicken was something that could create stomach problems, and I eat chicken daily. I will limit chicken in my diet, and see if that causes any changes in my stomach

I ordered this product to test for food I tolerances and was very excited. The process to do the blood spot was very simple and the instructions were easy to follow. The only problem was that 2 day shipping back to the lab was advertised and it took about a week for mine to get back, then it took another week and a half to get my results. A lot more waiting than they let on but other than that it was very good.

It's important we know what food our bodies don't like so we can stop putting it in them! Food sensitivities can not only cause physical reactions like rashes and bloating, but can also impact our mental health as well. Recommending this test to everyone so they can be armed with that knowledge!

For years I thought I was suffering through a high intolerance to gluten. Beer, wine, breads and baked goods affected me the most. However, even when I cut back on gluten and drank gluten free alcohol I still felt sick and bloated. My psoriasis was getting worse and worse. This test finally showed me I have an extremely high intolerance to both brewers yeast and bakers yeast. Which makes TOTAL SENSE after reading my test results !! I've cut brewers yeast out of my life (thank god for Titos vodka) and I am trying a more Candida type diet and I feel so.much.better. In reviewing my food sensitivity test, I was disappointed with the lack of useful information was given. For example, I showed a high sensitivity to 'Brewers Yeast' - however there was not a suggestion of what to do with this. When I google foods with Brewers Yeast - EVERYTHING was on that list. Therefore, I do not feel this test provided me with any information that I can apply to existing lifestyle - unless I take out nearly all foods in my diet.

It is important to read the instructions as each test is different. I learned this quick. The manner in which everything is packaged is wonderful. I ordered quite a few of these tests. Their information is terrific and they are fast. Very informative. I am very happy with the results. I think this is a great product.

This test was simple, convenient, and easy. My only complain (other than in which states its available, but that's not their fault) is how few puncture items are provided. My finger did not want to bleed, it took a number of tries just to get a few good drops of blood.
