these tests are very imformative in whats wrong with me. there measurements are normal,mild.moderate,and high. I tested moderate for milk.eggwhite.alomonds.mild for eggyoke. what! nowonder my intestines are so sinsitive milk and eggs are in all foods baked goods ,sauces .also tested mild for garlic ,i love garliic.pinapple, yogurt, now i know i tested mild for these foods ,but how much can your intestines take . i eat veges salad salmon meat fish walnut butter w cashews very good i would recomend this test to everyone i f you have a problem.

I have felt for a long time that there was something "off" with my health. I could never believe it would be my beloved cheese :o) or my toast!! How could it be. After the test and realizing it was dairy, since eliminating it in my diet, I cannot believe how much better I feel - less bloated, losing weight, more energy, joints don't hurt.

I have been trying to lose weight for some time and was struggling no matter how much I worked out or ate correctly. I figured what would I have to lose by taking this test. I was able to use my FSA funds to purchase it so that was a bonus. The test arrived in about 3 days and it was easy to take. The instructions were straightforward. I put it back in the mail by Friday and had my results the following Wednesday. It should that one of the main foods that I was eating my body doesn't like. That explained a lot. I started making a change and could tell a difference right away. My bloating was down along with inflammation. Get this test. You don't know what you don't know.

This test gave us some good information on foods that my dad is sensitive to. He came up as highly sensitive to a lot of dairy cheese and yogurt products. That was not something that we were aware of. It also ruled out a gluten problem. I would recommend this test.

This test was a HUGE help in finding out which foods I have a sensitivity to. Just doing an elimination diet was way too involved for me, all foods considered, so this at least helped me to pinpoint certain foods that I had questions about. Although there are many foods included in this test, it would be nice to have even more added to the list. Other than that, it is a great way to start an eating plan which results in feeling better and having better gut health.

I am floored at my results!!! I can't tell you how long I have been suffering with health issues with no answers.. Doctor are great but convincing them there is a problem when you don't know what the problem is, is exhausting.. All this time the one thing I have been eating is the one thing that I should never eat!! Bottom line I am making permanent changes to my diet.. thank you for giving me the control to choose how and when I can test me!!

The product came with really good instruction and made it easy to perform the needed tasks and simply put everything into the pre labeled bag and send off. I stupidly managed to mess up both needle pricks and not get enough blood(my fault due to being nervous). Customer service got back to me the same day and sent out extras for me at no charge.

Nice to be able to complete the test all from home! Quick turn-around time! Clear results available in three different formats! I had to go out and buy more lancets in order to collect enough blood but I have poor circulation so was not surprised by this. Running up and down steps before poking helped!

The test was easy (had to have my husband actually push the button on the finger pricker though... not because it was hard but I couldn't bring myself to do it!). I got the results much faster than the time frame given... the results are divided into sections from foods that caused the highest reactions first. I loved this and the way it was set up - I now know where to start my elimination. Knowing that yogurt and milk are absolute no-goes for me, and that there are 7 other items in the moderate reaction category just beneath will really help me.

This company provided excellent customer service every time I called with a question. The instructions were easy to follow and the results were easy to read and understand. Compared to other genetic testing companies, their turnaround time for results was really fast!!!
