The kit was super easy to use, although I had to work hard to squeeze out the blood needed. Shipping was delayed on both ends, so it took about a month from when I ordered it to when I got the results, which was frustrating but just part of shipping during a pandemic, it seems.

My results came back quickly with a list of foods I reacted to, plus lists of items containing those items I may not have been watching for. I like that there was a plan included for eliminating these items and adding back slowly to see what the reaction is. My only suggestion would be instead of starting with the items I had the biggest reaction to, start with the smaller reactions. I feel like the lower tolerance items wouldn't stay in my system as long. I would recommend to a friend. The hardest part is poking your own finger.

The product is very easy to use, and being able to do it from your house is convenient. A simple finger stick and a few drops and you're done in under 5 minutes. After having some bad sores pop up in various places my wife convinced me to try this. I was surprised to see some of the things I was reactive to that I eat often. We eat clean and healthy, but healthy foods can still cause issues! It's great to know what to avoid. The only negative I will say about the product is the cost. The cost is what kept me from trying it sooner.

I was having stomach problems, so I bought this test to see what my body was reacting to. This test was very easy to take, send in the results, and view the results. I was able to find about 40 things that my body has a mild reactions to and 80 that it has a low reaction to. I would recommend this product.

I felt this product was well done as far as packaging, testing process and delivery of the results. When I decided to do these tests I had a lot of people tell me that these tests aren't great or accurate. I tested through another company and then decided to also test through Everlywell. Nothing between the two tests compared in regards to sensitivity results. Both said completely different things. Just leads me to believe that the only accurate way to figure sensitivity is to do a Whole 30 food introduction.

I have done a very strict elimination diet previously. No gluten, dairy, soy or fructose. When each food group was reintroduced I had no side effects but continued to have GI issues periodically. My naturopath said I may not have an allergy but I could still have a sensitivity to certain foods. This test gives me an idea of which ones I may have problems with so I can work on reducing those in my diet.

I have been having GI issues for some time and was really just guessing what I thought might be triggers. Elimination diets are SO daunting when you have no insight. Test is very easy to implement and we got results back quickly. I had a friend who had done a similar test and decided to try this one out. The results came back pretty much aligned to my suspicions, no major sensitivities but those that came out as somewhat sensitive aligned entirely to my suspicions. I've just started an elimination protocol based on the test recommendations and will be interested to see how this goes. The rest of my family are now intrigued and we have two more tests in flight for them.

the Food sensitivity test by everly well were easy, FUN, and gave fast results. The only thing I I question is some foods appeared positive for sensitivity and I have never eaten those foods (ie: lobster). I thought the test only will account for things you've eaten in the past six months. I have never eaten lobster and typically have my food cooked away from any shell fish! This happened with a few foods, and there wasn't an clear explanation for it on the website or instructions.

So much easier than waiting in doctors offices and laboratory waiting rooms. I had been suspicious of a dairy allergy, and sure enough, milk came back as highly reactive. Now I don't have to guess about what was making me feel bad. I have concrete results.
