I have been struggling with joint pain and stomach issues over the last few years. With the results I was able to learn foods (which I didn't know) have a high reactivity. I've since reduced or avoided those foods and am feeling better.

Easy test they mail it to you directions are simple mail it back receive your results within 10 days. Makes my elimination diet a lot easier because foods I wouldn't have thought of popped up and sensitive.

I was told I have 0 high sensitivities, 2 moderate sensitivities, 20 mild sensitivities and 74 low sensitivities. These are a lot of foods to ignore. I think I will concentrate on the moderate and mild ones to start and see how that goes

I wasn't expecting my high sensitivity to be what it was, but it makes sense and I am working on changing my diet to take into account the sensitivities.

My results were strange and didn't line up with any of the experiences I've had in the past. Not sure I would do that again.
