The shipping was fast getting it to me, the instructions couldn't be more clear and everything is ready for you to send it back. My results were detailed and wasy to understand, I would highly recommend!

Very quick and easy! I thought pricking my finger would be tough but it really wasn't. Only thing I don't like is that they don't elabroate (I took the Food Sensitivity Test) on how to move forward.

I have to say the results did not surprise me, I had long suspected what I was sensitive to, but what the results did give me was verification and now I can make a plan.
