I've struggled with bloating and digestive issues my entire adult life, and I wanted to know why. This test provided insight into what might be contributing in a simple, easy to use test.

The results I received were helpful and I'm thankful to have access to tests like these. It was easy to complete the test but it took 8 business days for my results which was a bit slower than expected. All in all a good experience.

I was trying the elimination diet but was using coconut in place of almond milk, however the test showed I was sensitive to coconut. I am eliminating all the foods that I am sensitive to and I can tell the difference.

I was really pleased with the process and my results. So much so that I am reviewing the other tests available. I'm looking forward to sending in my next test and telling my friends and family about them.

The results I got back were not at all what I was suspecting. Although, it is a difficult adjustment to make to my diet at least I'm not way off the mark any more trying to figure out what was causing the problem.

I was surprised how easy this was to do at home. I am no where near a phlebotomist and getting the test ready in my bathroom at home was easy and convenient. The results were ready fast. It was so interesting to know what foods are reactive to me!
