I wasn't surprised on some of the things so I know it was accurate. I love how easy it was! I love the email up dates. I love how you explain each idea listed with what foods it's in & what replacements that are available.

The food sensitivity test was somewhat surprising but certainly interesting. I have a medium sensitivity to a some of the foods I often eat and perhaps I will cut down. Mainly, I was happy to know that gluten is not an issue.

I was having bad skin problems and intestinal issues and knew something was up! I am excited to have a guide and will look into buying something for my hormones!

I'm glad I got this done. I'm curious to see what would happen if I tested again. I'm going to try to cut some things out of my diet and see how it goes for me.
