It was easy to take the test and see the results. I was surprised with some of my highly sensitive foods, but with this knowledge I've been able to adjust my diet and feel better.

Everything about the product was great, except the lancet! It was unfortunately too long for my finger and caused a bruise and open wound for many days. When I've used other lancets (for blood sugar tests), this has never happened.

Not impressed, somehow the foods I'm sensitive too are all things I've eaten recently. Foods I know I'm sensitive too and avoid show nothing. Seem fishy and doesn't seem legit.

i had a test done a couple years ago somewhere else and I wasn't sure how reliable these tests were because I heard many different factors affected your results. My results came back the same as 2 years ago, many with foods I never consume.
