This was such an easy way to do a basic allergy test and narrow things down. Way more cost effective and time effective compared to going in to an allergist for a basic food sensitivity test.

I wish there was more of a clear description of which foods you should avoid with topics like "Brewers yeast." Also it would be helpful to know how different we might react to a High Sensitivity vs Moderate vs Mild.

Everything was easy to use. Directions were easy to follow. After shipping it in I had my results in less than a week. I would definitely refer this to a friend or family member.
