It was interesting but if something is in the Moderate or Mild category, should I try to avoid or eliminate that food? Instructions on what to do with this information was minimal.

I already thought I had a dairy intolerance and this test confirmed that. There were a few other things that surprised me of course. The test itself was easy to take and understand.

I am using the product as a guide for an elimination diet, to know how far to go into the affair. It also has me thinking about consulting a nutritionist to support the elimination diet.

The test was easy to take and the turnaround very quick. It would be nice to know what the actual ranges are for each category(mild, moderate, high). I didn't have any high sensitivities but I have no idea what the range is of a food that is.

The results were interesting to see, but all my results were either low or mild reactivity so they aren't necessarily useful. Again, still interesting though.

I have been looking at my eczema issues from many angles and possible food sensitivity is an area I have been interested in very much. The data, although not showing a direct or specific correlation, is very helpful.

There are a lot of foods my stomach doesn't react to well but i never knew what ingredients could be causing it. Also a really good way to see oif maybe something else is wrong with you gut thats not just food related.
