Very simple instructions to follow and great status updates to let you know when the sample was received, etc. I felt like it took awhile to get to me but once my part was done, everything was very fast.

I'm very happy with the results and I do have allergies to some of the foods that was listed in your report. Thank you. Perhaps in the future you could add to the list some foods from other nationalities.

Very well designed test kit with great instructions. The results are so interesting and a little surprising, but it gives me the info to start eliminating some food triggers. Will definitely order some other test kits.

I don't agree with the results of the food sensitivity test. If I eliminated some of these items I would not eat any protein. And some of the items I just don't like! I am unsure if I can trust these results.

I've avoided certain foods for a while because they made me feel bad after eating them. Now I know why. Even though the results were on the low side I still had some pretty serious reactions to them. So now I know exactly what to avoid.

Easy to use, easy instructions, and easy to read results. I will be taking this info with me to an allergist for further testing. I didn't even know I had a sensitivity to some of the items that came up on the test. So glad to have some answers.

This was so easy to do and very enlightening. Who would have thought I was allergic to EGGS! Thanks to this I can now start working on getting this enemy out of my diet.
