This kit was great in helping me figure out which foods are bothering me and how to avoid those nasty symptoms! I had a few sensitivities and they were things I ate regularly!

Great breakdown of food sensitivities. Now I want to understand how to apply it to daily life. Tests give a percentage of the food's sensitivity to me, but what does that mean? Maybe there are instructions I'm missing?

This test gave me a lot of foods to watch out for but some of the foods it said I was moderately sensitive to I had no problem with. My top sensitivities were right on but others not so much. Overall 3/5 stars.

I am happy for the factual feedback regarding how sensitive I would be to certain foods. I liked that it was thorough and that it was reviewed by Medical professionals.

A tutorial of strategies and how to's taking the blood samples would be nice. I did it with my family, and many of them struggled figuring out how to do one large drop of blood in that filled the circle instead of small, overlapping ones.

Even though it took three tries to get a valid test mailed to Everlywell, the results were quite helpful. I now know which foods to limit and monitor in the future. The reports are easy to understand.

The results were very helpful to decide what to eliminate! I didn't know where to start, but the test showed very high numbers for a couple things and after cutting them out, I feel better already!

I had given up on foods that I "thought" were triggering my symptoms. After taking the Food Sensitivity test, I now know exactly which foods are the culprit and most of them were a surprise!
