Did not realize what was measured were IgG, not IgE, which I wanted. Plus was already off wheat, dairy & eggs so of course only learned of other food. My mistake.

The Food sensitivities testing is so simple and provides a wealth of information. So grateful to finally have answers and knkw which foods i need to eliminate.

I am happy as far as the testing. It was easy, fairly quick and i got the results and i concur...i guess I was hoping for a little more info and in depth explanations but it is definitely what it promised

Kit cane with detailed instructions on how to collect sample. Easy to do. You register your kit and they communicate with you from beginning to end. Results back quickly and easy to read.

I was very impressed with the test results. However, filling that little card with multiple blood samples was pretty difficult. I resorted to using a safety pin to draw the last of the samples. I do not recommend this to the squeamish.

Comes with everything you need. Results came pretty quick. Seems to be pretty accurate considering all the foods I have reactions to came back with a high reactivity rating so I can better isolate and remove from my diet. Definitely worth it!
