I have an autoimmune disease and am planning on doing AIP in the next few weeks. Thought it would be good to check food sensitivities so I can cut all everything that bothers me.

I suspected a few of the things that I had high reactions to, but was surprised by some of them. I know what to eliminate from my diet to feel better. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received the test an how fast I got my results.

I had numerous defeats with doctors on my recent health issues and this test helped answer questions of which foods were actually causing issues in my body. Easy to use and highly recommend!

This test gave me a lot of foods to watch out for but some of the foods it said I was moderately sensitive to I had no problem with. My top sensitivities were right on but others not so much. Overall 3/5 stars.

Very easy to use, even though I'm generally very queasy with needles and blood. Would recommend watching the video first before opening the package. Maybe eat a few suspected foods within the 30 days before taking the test too.
