Easy to use, instructions were nice and clear. I was a little disappointed it was only a sensitivity test as opposed to a good allergy test, but the results were surprising and extremely helpful!

I haven't been able to get my results because the website is not working and i haven't found a toll free number to call for assistance. Their BOT advisor was not helpful. Very, very frustrated !!

I liked how easy it was to test but I did not like the type of lancet that came with the kit. I did not like the fact that you had to use force to push down on it to stick your finger. I like the push button lancet better.

The presentation of the kit, the process and instructions were easy to follow. The results cam back quickly and the explanation was clear and simple to understand.
