It's nice to know what my body is sensitive to before starting the elimination diet because I certainly would not have started with eggs (yolk and whites), gluten, wheat, or barley, which were my top 5 high reactivity.

This does not seem accurate and is pricey for the results I was given. I was expecting much more and something more attuned to what I was expecting and what I know my body is sensitive to. Completely missed the mark.

It was easy to use, very good pictures and descriptions. I'm glad I took it, I haven't had a chance to see if you are provided with suggestions for elimination diets but I will be checking for those.
