I have wanted to understand the connection between food, mood, mind, body for years. These answers about my food sensitivity will allow me to make informed choices and perfect my body chemistry.

I have been struggling with joint pain and stomach issues over the last few years. With the results I was able to learn foods (which I didn't know) have a high reactivity. I've since reduced or avoided those foods and am feeling better.

Not detailed enough- out of 80 things tested I have "1 " that may be more of an issue! The rest are in the middle so I'm still not sure what to eliminate!
