Have always thought I had some food sensitivities. Glad I now know. Was shocked to find out some things I eat often were not agreeing with me. Wheat, Barley, Gluten and Oranges I will know stay clear of.

I have been having signs of IBS eating bananas. Well guess what. Sensitive to bananas. None for 3 days. Feeling somewhat better. No more FODMAP or BRAT diet for me.

The test kit came quickly. Test results was received quicker than expected. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because it is to soon to know if the food sensitivities that were on my test are things I should try to avoid. Time will tell.
