The test helped to confirm some suspicions I already had and brought to my attention some that I would not have thought of! A great tool in my search for better health.

I guess I was expecting it to tell me something that I eat that I could eliminate for better GI health. But green peas and Lima beans were at the top. I may eat these once a year at the mostoh well.
