The test was easy to take and results came quickly. The results (though I don't like them) were eye opening. So, hopefully with the information I gained I can get to the bottom of my issues.

I was having some food sensitivity issues and thought it might be almonds and gluten - come to find out it was coconut and gluten! I have coconut almost everyday and feel so much better now that I swapped it out!
