First, I was amazed at how fast I received the results. I was shocked to see the foods I have a reaction to but after a few days of cutting them out, I'm already feeling so much better and no more headaches.

I would have preferred to have a separate list of foods that are so mild they should not cause a problem. I was initially shocked to see that I had a reaction to 95 out of 96 foods tested.

Great info from test which may alleviate problems when reactive foods are eliminated from diet! Explanation and test scores are intriguing. So easy to do and so much info to digest!

Increased my awareness of certain foods. Felt it was odd that I was reactive to pretty much everything. Hard to eliminate things when it is the entirety of your diet.

My specific results had a few surprises, and some that was not surprising at all. I wish it went into greater detail. None of my reactions were listed as severe or moderate.

I was told I have 0 high sensitivities, 2 moderate sensitivities, 20 mild sensitivities and 74 low sensitivities. These are a lot of foods to ignore. I think I will concentrate on the moderate and mild ones to start and see how that goes

This was such an easy way to do a basic allergy test and narrow things down. Way more cost effective and time effective compared to going in to an allergist for a basic food sensitivity test.
