I was having some GI and skin issues and decided I needed answers. The test is super easy to do and the results are fast. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't have the time to deal with an elimination diet

Not impressed, somehow the foods I'm sensitive too are all things I've eaten recently. Foods I know I'm sensitive too and avoid show nothing. Seem fishy and doesn't seem legit.

This product confirmed some food suspicions I had. I unfortunately am sensitive to some very delicious items but the product isn't supposed to tell me what I want to hear. Ahhhh goodbye sweet dairy and gluten

I am a Celiac confirmed by a doctor with all the proper testing and off the charts with it. And yet my test results didn't list gluten or wheat as a problem. Can you explain this?

This product comes with everything you needed to complete the test and send in. It has easy to follow instructions asks results come back quickly....bo more than 5 business days.

Shocked by the sensitivities I had, but the elimination process was easy to do. Grocery shopping took a bit longer reading labels, but I have noticed and maintained a huge difference in digestive and skin health.

Surprised to see some of the findings that showed up on my test, I will be modifying my diet to exclude certain foods and see if it makes a difference!
