I'm glad I got this done. I'm curious to see what would happen if I tested again. I'm going to try to cut some things out of my diet and see how it goes for me.

This helped me uncover some hidden reactions to foods I wouldn't have expected. Other than the needle to prick for blood being a little nerve wrecking, the testing part was easy and straight forward.
