As a college student, it was hard experimenting with exclusion in my diet. I felt like I was just guessing. The results from this test gave me a starting place! I finally feel like I have a sense of direction and am on my way to a healthier me!

Things I liked: the number of foods tested, the rating system, the ease of the sample, and the quickness of the results However, I really wished it would have given more detailed information

High sensitivity items are ones to which I've had no bad experience Items selected by my doctor as likely problems do not register high marks in test. The lists seem incomplete. For example, cheeses listed do not include some very common ones.

I will always use this great company for tests. I have never experienced such ease with lab work tests. Ordered 2 different tests and have enjoyed reading the data and its results.

This helped me learn a lot about my body. It was very easy to use and was very speedy with the results. The only thing is I wish it didn't tell me I have a sensitivity to cheese...I love cheese!! Time for healthy changes!

easy delivery and return! I liked seeing my results. i was surprised i had no high sensitivities, as it seems i'm generally very sensitive to certain foods

The process was very easy. No complicated instructions. Very easy to return, just put box in return bag available in your package and it was on it's way. Got my results back in less than 5 days.

This test helped me see what foods I was still eating outside of gluten and dairy that I was Sensitive to. I'll be trying to cut these out and see if that makes me feel even better!
