Other than a delay courtesy USPS, a good experience! I expected to have more sensitivities than the tests showed, but was not otherwise surprised by the results. Once the sample was in the hands of the testing company, results were lightning fast.

It was easy to take the test and see the results. I was surprised with some of my highly sensitive foods, but with this knowledge I've been able to adjust my diet and feel better.

The list of sensitivities was great. It really was a helpful tool with lots of information. I would recommend purchasing this if you are questioning food choices.

This company has really paid attention to every detail that goes into this at home test. From the "how to" videos when you receive your test, to the break down of explanation of your results.

The kit was easy to use in general, but the lancet was difficult. Unless you're ok with stabbing yourselves it's a hard action to force oneself to do. There are easier lancets out there-the push button is best. That was the hardest part!

This test results are easy to read and understand. I received my food intolerance results in 8 days even with there being a holiday in that time. The finger poke wasn't as bad as I anticipated.

Used it in hopes of finding food allergy/sensitivities. The test showed I had some level of sensitivity to almost everything! Wished it could provide diet recommendations rather than just exclusion techniques.
