Until I knew I had a sensitivity to wheat, gluten and yeast I didn't know why I felt so lousy . Since stopping those things I don't have rashes , my stomach is calm and my mind is clear .

This was such an easy test experience. I literally just paid, got the test in the mail, followed instructions in the test, and mailed it back in. It was only a few days later and I had results.

I will try removing the 1 item that was in the moderate list but there are so many items in the low risk list that I think it's very vague as to what may be a trigger for indigestion.

Great breakdown of food sensitivities. Now I want to understand how to apply it to daily life. Tests give a percentage of the food's sensitivity to me, but what does that mean? Maybe there are instructions I'm missing?
