I'm going to use the test results to pinpoint foods for an elimination diet. I've been struggling for years to find a doctor to do the right tests to help me pinpoint symptom triggers. Hoping this does the trick for me.

Really easy to use and quick results! It also showed me things i had no idea I had a sensitivity to, but once i found out it made a lot of sense! Knowing which foods to avoid will be helpful in relieving my inflammation and hives.

I ordered my kit, it came in about a few days. Pricked my finger and sent it back in. Took about 2 weeks to get the results. The results where not what I was expecting, but very good to know.

Results came in a printable option in the website to print out for the doctor. Also had results for me in detail. Now if they could only put in a nutrition menu to go with it.

Have always thought I had some food sensitivities. Glad I now know. Was shocked to find out some things I eat often were not agreeing with me. Wheat, Barley, Gluten and Oranges I will know stay clear of.

I am struggling to figure out how to make use of the information. I have eliminated eggs as they show high reactivity and will try going back to them in 30 days. In the meantime what should I eat for protein at breakfast?
