I feel like I've learned a lot from this experience! It can be tough getting the blood sample just right, but it's well worth it! The results were thorough and deep in explanation! I have certainly learned a lot from this.

It was great, and reassuring to see that my vegetarian diet is the right choice for me. I had 0 foods in the high reactive, and 0 foods in the moderate reactive categories. The rest were in low & mild.
