The kit was east to complete. Results were sent back within a few short days of sending the kit to be analysed! I was surprised with the items that I was intolerant to, especially the high intolerance items! Worth the effort and cost!!!!

I was trying the elimination diet but was using coconut in place of almond milk, however the test showed I was sensitive to coconut. I am eliminating all the foods that I am sensitive to and I can tell the difference.

I have been having horrible acne for the past year. After trying every skin treatment around, a friend recommend a food allergy test. I'm three weeks into my elimination diet and I haven't had a single breakout since I started the diet. Amazing!!

The product was clear, easy to use, and the results came faster than expected. I had no issues with the product, except for me being to grossed out by my own blood lol.

I had to take the test twice because I didn't collect it correctly the first time, but they quickly replaced the test kit at no charge! Second time I collected it correctly and the results were in after about 6-7 days. Very helpful!
