It was great, and reassuring to see that my vegetarian diet is the right choice for me. I had 0 foods in the high reactive, and 0 foods in the moderate reactive categories. The rest were in low & mild.

Once you get the test and results you will be emailed daily to buy other items they have. The test results came back and in the same email was recommended to use an elimination diet and buy more test.

This was super easy to do. I received my results within the 5 days. I had already assumed what I was sensitive to, but it was nice to see on paper and to for sure know. I would recommend for sure!

This kit was great in helping me figure out which foods are bothering me and how to avoid those nasty symptoms! I had a few sensitivities and they were things I ate regularly!

The timeliness of receiving the tests as well as the results was awesome. The results were easy to understand. The most difficult part for me was getting enough blood for the testing, but it could have been user error.

This test gave me a lot of foods to watch out for but some of the foods it said I was moderately sensitive to I had no problem with. My top sensitivities were right on but others not so much. Overall 3/5 stars.
