For the amount spent on the test I expected it to be more detailed. My husband and I both received very vague indicators. Maybe we are not very sensitive to foods? For the amount of money spent I would recommend going somewhere else.

I would have preferred to have a separate list of foods that are so mild they should not cause a problem. I was initially shocked to see that I had a reaction to 95 out of 96 foods tested.

We had suspicions that she was allergic to eggs and it showed positive and now we're waiting for the symptoms to go away because we know the foods to Eliminate

I have less severe IBS but I thought I'd see if there were other foods that may also be causing me discomfort. I was pretty surprised by some of the results, so I'd say it's well worth giving this a go!
