I would love a more streamlined 1 page summary PDF report with all of the foods (high, medium, low, etc). Also a 1 page PDF on elimination diet would be helpful. Maybe even an elimination diet tracking diary!

I felt like most of the food listed are foods I eat all the time but I am excited to take some of them out to see how it makes me feel. Hoping for some big changes.
