I was constantly bloated and would stop eating random foods but nothing worked. This test has taken the guess work out and has made my tummy so much better!

I have to say the results did not surprise me, I had long suspected what I was sensitive to, but what the results did give me was verification and now I can make a plan.

The results I got back were not at all what I was suspecting. Although, it is a difficult adjustment to make to my diet at least I'm not way off the mark any more trying to figure out what was causing the problem.

I am happy to know my results. I do wish there was more information regarding normal values/ why my reactivity may be elevated and what that actually means. Otherwise, this is great information to know. Being informed is so important, in my opinion.
