I developed a food allergy at 32 and then started noticing some other issues and decided to do the food sensitivity test. The test was very user friendly. The results turnaround time was exactly what was quoted. The results were simple to read and understand. I feel more informed and better now that I have cut some items out of my diet.

I was amazed to learn I was "off the chart" for egg white sensitivity, and will be cutting my use of eggs in half at least for now. Since I did this test shortly after breakfast, it might be better to have done the test first thing in the morning. In spite of instructions and using the two devices, I couldn't get enough blood to drip on the paper and had to resort to pressing my finger multiple times right to the paper.

I wanted to see what I was sensitive to as I'm trying to heal my gut but I am a little confused with the results and what to do with them. Wish there was more detailed information on what to do with the results, like the foods your mildly sensitive to.

Mailed it on a Monday and got results on Thursday! Very easy to understand the results with the FAQ page. Also there was a video explaining everything with the option to go to a live zoom meeting. The only thing I had an issue with was when I had to get the blood sample. Had never done anything like that before so, the first stick was very messy since the blood came out faster than I thought. The second stick went better. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This was a really interesting test. I had been feeling relatively unwell, and couldn't tie it to anything I was eating specifically. I took the test and got a thorough response back that helped me to narrow down what was happening. It was really interesting and eye opening. The instructions are super clear, the test is VERY easy to do, and all you do is pop it back in the envelope and stick it in the mail. It's amazing. And then I even got texted the link to my results.

I knew I was having food issues, but I couldn't figure out what to avoid. My test results confirmed foods that I knew to avoid and added some off the wall foods that I had no idea I shouldn't be eating. I haven't had hives again since I quit eating all of the foods that popped up on the test. Extremely happy about that!

This test was so easy, and truly opened my eyes to certain foods that I never in a million years would have suspected were causing my issues. I'm so glad I took this, and already bought the Women's Health test to try next! I highly recommend trying this if you're unsure what may be causing inflammation, digestive or skin issues - it's incredible.

I think the best thing about this service is the freedom to take this test whenever you have time. Typically your scheduling for an office appointment to just then have to go to a lab to get blood drawn and then of course wait. Take all this out of the equation with this service all you have to do is ship it back. Your results is in a great easy to read format as well!

I was hesitant to do this test at first but I'm so glad I did. I already knew I had sensitivities to certain foods but I would still feel sick sometimes and I couldn't figure out which food was causing it. The results came back with a red flag on cow milk. I don't drink dairy so I was so confused at first... BUT then it hit me! I started using whey protein a few months back. Turns out that egg whites may also be a problem food. I have been off both for a couple weeks now and I feel sooo much better. I highly recommend this test to everyone!
