I was expecting some foods to come back that didn't, which creates great freedom for me!! I was shocked that most of the foods on my medium-sensitivity are foods that I do not care for anyway, so the results make sense! I am so thankful for the results, and already see a difference eliminating some of the foods.

I did the test from a recommendation from a coworker. I have had problems with my stomach for years. Seems like everyday there was something I cant eat with out getting sick. I am very interested to see if I feel better after I take some of the high sensitivities out. I would recommend the kit to someone that has had on going issues that the medical field just wont address.

The test was promptly sent to me. My schedule was busy with cross-country trips and I was emailed gentle reminders. After I took the test, my results were promptly forwarded. The sensitivities identified were a bit sobering to learn even though they confirmed suspicions.

Super easy from start to finish. From time of purchase receiving testing returning and getting results all during Christmas & New Year holiday everything done in 2week/under. Some things I had an idea of but the food sensitivity test just gave me a better perspective and an actual degree of sensitivity. So very thankful for my husband seeing this ad on TV and taking a chance and purchasing it.

I'm glad they had the new needles that were the "heavy duty" ones (for lack of a better word). For my first kit last year I had to use all of my needles and they just didn't get the job done well enough. This time around, I didn't have to use scissors to get blood! Gross I know, but it's true.

The Food Sensitivity Test is easy to use and very well thought out. It comes with everything you will need including a band-aid for you finger after the prick. It takes minutes to complete the simple kit and there are also instructional videos online for those of us who are visual learners. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that it took more than 2 weeks to receive my results.

I finally did something to get control of my health. For years I have been told that I have a sensitivity to gluten and if I stay away from that I will be fine. The only problem was no one checked for any other sensitivities. I know know I am more sensitive to egg and egg white than anything, I eat these 4 times a week!! Not anymore, after doing this test I can confidently go into the kitchen and make myself a meal that I know my body will respond positively to. I am feeling better and better every day and have told everyone I know to get this test!!!!

The product arrived quickly with detailed instructions. I am interested in more products like this because of the long wait times in doctor offices, labs and the basic overall care test that they prescribe due to the limits insurance put on on health care. A simple blood test does not open the key to real problems in our health. Digging deeper into the plasma is needed and insurance should step it up. Like contributing the cost for test like these. It's not cheap world be my down side with this economy but we'll worth the education.

I never thought I would be highly sensitive to green beans! It's crazy. And no surprise that I'm also moderately sensitive to milk and cheese. I can feel it when I take those. Overall, it's very interesting and informative to learn about what you are sensitive to. I'm planning to do an elimination test this month.

Easy to use and very quick results... I had no idea that I would be reactive to several foods I eat all the time ! I'm going to start an elimination diet on them one at a time and see! I have terrible eczema problems and I wonder if that might be part of the problem.
