I'm happy I finally got around to taking the food sensitivity test. 3 friends have taken it and it's helped them identify and make changes to their diet and lessen symptoms and live a happier life. I am taking my results to my endocronologist to discuss during my annual exam.

About 20 years ago I heard about food sensitivities and did my own version of an elimination diet. Recently I've doubted that I had accurately identified all of my sensitivities and then I came across your test. When I got the results back I found out that I was correct on some of them but incorrect on others. I've started to change my diet and look forward to feeling better.

EverlyWell is a solid company with great service. The food sensitivity test is questionable though. It's another lens to look at food sensitivities but I'd careful about giving too much weight to it. Some studies point to food *tolerance* linked to reactivity.

The product was easy to use and the results were equally easy to read. I wish there were a few other foods tested. We do a lot of gardening, and many of the foods that I eat frequently were not on the list of 96. Some of the foods I tested as not being as sensitive to, I have been really sensitive to in the past- so my gut must be healing a little. Praise God.

Not sure the information was what I thought it would be. I wish there was a way of also knowing foods that are ok for me. The results basically said pork was the most reactive for me but I almost never eat it because I don't care for it. The remainder of my list was only a little problem which let me believe it's ok to include in my diet. I guess I was disappointed there weren't any surprises.

My first box I received I had a very hard time being able to fill the sample so I sent my sad sample in just to see what would happen. I got an email that the lab could accept my results but would send a new test if I wanted to continue. I had emailed with the customer service for tricks and tips on getting a better sample and they were wonderful. When my next kit arrived I was able to be successful in one go-round. If you have trouble - take a warm shower and take the test as soon as you can after!

I have had stomach issues for a few years. This really opened my eyes to what makes pain worse. I was very surprised by my results. I have cut the food out that I showed intolerance to. It has only been a week but I have truly already noticed a change.

There are some things on my results that I have never reacted to, so I would really like a further explanation of that before I cut it out. Some of my favorite things! I thought this test was easy to conduct and easy to mail back since EverlyWell provides you with everything you need. The list sent back to me was very well detailed.

Some foods I already knew from experience did not agree with me and the big one - yogurt - was my highest sensitivity. That was validation for me that the results were accurate! But there were some surprises - yeasts - that had never been on my radar! Excited to see if eliminating the foods identified in the "High" and "Moderate" categories help to cure my migraines.

I was surprised by the results, didn't find what I thought would be there. I am happy with the test and would recommend it to all. The only issue I had was not with the test itself but I had the hardest time getting enough blood. I am on Plavix and a daily baby aspirin and I still kept clotting fast.
