It was very interesting to find out what I'm sensitive too. Im vegetarian and it said I was sensitive to most meats and seafood so I'm wondering if it was just inaccurate because I've never had it. That was the only thing I didn't like but I would definitely recommend taking this test

Testing was easy with results very fast after receipt by the lab. Explanations and color charts are easy to read and understand. Most of the results for with what I expected but a couple were surprises. Will investigate further. Good tool for understanding!

Well if I'm to say anything I don't know what it be I've got mixed feelings about being sensitive to chicken and egg whites and yoke I eat chicken daily thinking their was no way it was that. I'm not happy about the results but it does explain why I feel the way I do and plan to curve it the best I can definitely worth the money.

I went to the allergist two different times. I had a $50 walk-in fee. All I received was prescriptions, that did the tricks for the hives, but when I was done with my 12 days, the hives were back. I asked for the "scratch" test. One Dr. wanted to save me money. The other one didn't believe it was food. My daughter told me about this test. BINGO! I eat bananas 5X a week, Pineapples 3x a week, and eggs daily!... They are all in my top 4. I have stopped bananas, pineapples, and eggs....I'm not getting hives. Chicken is in my next levels, and I do get small hives when I ate that...stopped chicken too. WOW! What a difference! Thank You!

I did another test, with your samples, there was one common sensitivity which was a whites. Both has had other things, like ones that almonds, the others that I was not sensitive to them. So I will be doing the illumination diet! It came very quickly, easy to follow directions, and quick results. #sweepstakes

I had my suspicions, but it was nice to have real answers. Also, it was great that I didn't have to make an appointment at a lab or get a doctor's note to do so.

I ordered the food sensitivity kit. Initially had issues trying to get enough blood out of my finger for the sample and messed up my card. They sent me a replacement free of charge. The results are easy to understand and I did take advantage of the free zoom call with the dietician to understand them better. Highly recommend the follow up call if you use this test.

I'm glad they gave two lancelets, because my ring finger was just not cutting it in terms of getting enough blood for the test. I have a HUGE fear of needles but I was able to use these small ones and do the entire process by myself. Very user friendly, and I got the results back 3 days after I mailed it.

It can be difficult to convince a western practitioner to give you certain tests. This is a great resource to get the information yourself and then go from there. I found this test extremely helpful. I thought I had a gluten sensitivity, turns out it's actually a yeast sensitivity. Now, I can focus my health efforts on that.

I think for this product, the price and accuracy is right. It confirmed my sensitivity to gluten/wheat/yeast and to most dairy products. It also pointed out some sensitivities to foods that I did not know I was sensitive. They have a nice little video you can watch that shows you how to take the test at home. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend!
