I received the kit a few days after ordering it and the directions were easy to follow. I then sent it back and received my results a few days later. I really like the text and email updates that notified me when my kit was received and when my test results are ready. The report was easy to digest and I like the feature to download the report for your doctor as well. I've already started recommending it to family and friends.

I was glad I did this! I had been suspecting eggs for a while as a cause for my GI problems and it came back as a high sensitivity for me. Then I was given a handful of moderate sensitivities, some things of which I never would've guessed, but am definitely willing to try eliminating/cutting down on a few of them since I'm still experiencing a few symptoms. I was given a ton of low sensitivities, which in all realness, I would never be able to cut that many foods out of my diet. I was really surprised to find that dairy was only a low sensitivity because I'm convinced it's responsible for some of my problems. In conclusion, I'm not sure how incredibly accurate the test is, but figuring out I did indeed have a major problem with eggs was well worth it to me!

I liked the 'do it yourself' aspect of it but I had trouble with the finger pokers. They sent two pokers in case the first one failed, which it did because I didn't do it correctly. But the second one barely punctured the skin enough to get any blood so I had to sqeeze my finger very hard to get the blood to drip. But anyway, it was good to know what foods I'm sensitive to. it was nice to see the results on line.

Very easy test to do. Non invasive and the feedback is helpful and informative. Interesting to know that the 17 foods that my body react to are also the ones I eat on a daily basis. I'm going to do a 30 trial of omitting these foods and see how I feel. I really like how they give ideas to use as substitutes.

My results were provided to me in a day. I was pleasantly surprised. The results were easy to read and provided me with several options for sharing or saving the results. There was also a more technical results option for physicians with raw data that I was able to download and provide to my doctors.

I learned about sensitivities I didn't even connect with before. I wasn't surprised with my highest reactive food (cows milk) but there were some sneaky foods that I frequently enjoy that are likely causing me issues. Hoping the elimination of these will provide relief! Just knowing has already given me relief from my anxiety over food choice.

The only comment I have is, maybe adding another larger pieced gauze for after sample collection. Though that is not something that is desperately needed, would be a nice addition. Other than that very good product would recommend to someone looking to learn more about their health.

20 yrs. ago I had a blood test like this that showed some highly reactive foods. None were highly reactive by the everlywell test. 3 that I consider critical still showed up reactive this time. Those 3 cause notable symptoms for me, like stomach and joint pain, diarrhea, and gas. I expected more correlation.

I had to stop eating dairy while I nursed both my kids, because they couldn't tolerate it. They eventually grew out of it and can now consume it, but I noticed that I felt way better when I wasn't consuming it. I suffer from terrivle digestion and bloating, and decided to take this test. It showed I have a high sensitivity to almost all dairy, plus a few things I considered but wasn't sure on. This test confirmed my feelings and I'm so glad I did it!
