There was one food in particular I was wondering about and have been trying to not consume as much (haven't eaten in the last 30 days). Knowing what I do now after taking the test, I would have eaten it more before doing the test to have a more accurate assessment of that food

What surprised me was what is listed as abnormal are the items that do hurt my stomach when I eat. Now this gives me the incentive to eliminate these items of food and see if that will help my stomach pain and my constant weight changes. Seeing it in black and white makes a difference.

I suspected for quite a white that I gphad certain food sensitivities. This test confirmed my suspicions without my having to go to the doctor and order blood tests or other expensive tests. The kit arrived, I provided the samples they required and sent it off in the mail to be tested. I had the results in less than a week. I now know what to avoid and also what to discuss with my doctor if I need to.

I question some of the results since I know some of these things bother me. Now I question whether it is objective or subjective on my end. I was 100% sure dairy and soy bother me, but now it is saying eggs are my nemesis. I will use this as a data point to learn what works the best for me.

My prior review of this product was not carefully informed and for this I apologize. I have reviewed the results once again and clearly see that they have surprisingly more merit than I thought. I suppose an allergy test would give more in depth results, but I am happy to be alerted to the few items that may be causing upset in my digestive system. Due to periods of fatigue, headaches, and acid reflux I wanted to check for any food sensitivities. The test revealed that I have a high sensitivity to almonds. This is a great finding since I consume almonds daily in the form of nuts, milk, flour, tortillas, and crackers! Which is probably why I have a sensitivity to them in the first place. I eat way too many almond prepared items since going gluten free. It also revealed several mild sensitivities that I am going to eliminate and see if it helps as well.

The kit was easy to use - the videos were helpful. They communicated with me during the delivery of the kit to the receiving of the kit and when the processing was complete. I was impatient- so I needed that!! It was quick too! The results were quick and easy to understand.
