This test was a real eye-opener for me. I had no idea that I had a Brewer's Yeast intolerance and reactions to 12 other foods as well. I've taken allergy tests at the doctor for 5 times the cost of this test without ever having the issue with yeast be diagnosed. This food sensitivity test examines so many different foods for a fraction of the cost that it really is able to nail down an obscure food reaction that you wouldn't have even known about. I'm looking forward to eliminating some foods from my diet and start feeling better. Thank you!

I've struggled with food sensitivities for a long time so it was nice to be able to test them myself instead of relying on doctors to diagnosis me. I will continue to use this product because it was fast and easy and I received my results really fast.

This test was so helpful to me! I had a feeling many things in my diet were bothering me and hated the idea of doing a broad elimination diet. After receiving my results, I know exactly which foods to begin eliminating from my diet. Highly recommend! One thing to note though, if you have already removed some foods from your diet because you have a *real* allergy to them, this test will NOT detect those. For example, I'm very allergic to bananas so I don't eat them. In this type of test, it shows up as an item that I can eat because it didn't detect any kind of immune response to it (because it wasn't there at all). Just keep that in mind. Other than that, very informative test and I plan to use these results to fine tune my diet!

The kit is easy to use and the results come relatively fast. Only downfall is there is not any research or validity that I can find for this company or what they do or how they do it. No peer reviewed processes or anything. Only other reason for 4 starts is there isn't much of a guide or anything past the direct results. It would be great to include a little more educational material after receiving results.

This food sensitivity test was so simple to use and I really appreciate how thoroughly Everlywell walks you through each step of the process. The test results are laid out in very simple terms making it not only really easy to understand but detailed and so informative. My results were a true eye opener for me and in just eliminating my top three sensitivities for a week I'm already seeing huge results in my symptoms! I've already recommended this test to my sister and a few friends who are looking for answers!

My results showed the highest possible intolerance to gluten. I am shocked but excited to see how cutting gluten from my diet will change my life. The only reason for the 4 stars is the test was difficult to take, getting that much blood took many try's. I finally figured out it was because my hands were not warm enough and used a heating pad to warm them up.

I'm so happy I took this test. Since I got Covid a year ago I have constantly been having autoimmune flare ups. I found out I'm reactive to 21 foods. I'm so grateful I know what to avoid now. I was also very pleased with the speed in which they processed my results. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I spent 10 years feeling terrible, wondering what was wrong me with. I thought gluten was the problem and gave it up for 10 years but still felt absolutely terrible and wondered why. It turns out gluten wasn't the problem. It was Baker's Yeast. Everly Well helped put the "haha" moment into my dietary changes.

I liked the thoroughness of this test. The results were clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately I did not receive the results in the timeframe of 2-4 days, rather it was 11 days before I received the results which was disappointing. I would definitely not expect this much of a delay for the price I paid.

Was suffering from some hive like spots and itching over the past couple of months. Figured it MIGHT be too much dairy, non-organic dairy in major coffee chain coffee that I'd started drinking plus cheese for lunch, etc. Super easy ordering and testing process (finger pricking for blood sample). Quick turnaround (about 5 days from shipping sample) for results. I do think the explanation pages on the website could use improvement. Lots of questions on the Facebook community page from folks who don't quite understand the antibody/food sensitivity test results. Overall though, the results did confirm what I'd thought, plus a bit more. Great way to kick of figuring out triggers and food sensitivities from the comfort of your home!
