I am floored at my results!!! I can't tell you how long I have been suffering with health issues with no answers.. Doctor are great but convincing them there is a problem when you don't know what the problem is, is exhausting.. All this time the one thing I have been eating is the one thing that I should never eat!! Bottom line I am making permanent changes to my diet.. thank you for giving me the control to choose how and when I can test me!!

I was a bit surprised at the foods that were at the top of my list. They are foods I don't eat too often, but foods I do love and had just ate the weekend prior to the blood sample I mailed in. I never would have thought that lobster crab and shrimp would have begun at the moderate level. I have read different reviews regarding thus type of testing and am not sure how I feel as using it as a guide now.

Once I figured out what my sensitivities were I cut those foods out and my migraines and nausea went down significantly. This test has been a life changer for me. I'm not allergic to the foods they mentioned just have a sensitivity that causes migraines and nausea. I highly recommend!

The product came at the expected time, it was really easy to use and I received the results in no time. It's really easy to understand the results. They break down the allergies and give tips on what to do. I've been avoiding my allergens for a week and I feel a 1000% better.

Had one moderate sensitivity and dozens of mild and low reactivity. When they said a doctor would review the results I thought they would offer advice such as "try eliminating these from your diet first, for this long and see how you feel". Also although soy beans and milk were on there, the soy and whey protein isolates used in so many foods weren't on there. Neither was chicory root fiber.

I bought this product hoping to confirm my food sensitivity suspicions and now I have my answer! I'm sensitive to many dairy products as well as a few other surprising foods. Excited to start my elimination diet and feel better! Thank you Everlywell for this great product!

I was surprised that for the food to be tested I had to consume it. There are several foods I avoid because I have a sensitive stomach. Anyway, the information I received has led me to eliminate those foods from my diet. If someone truly wants a food sensitivity test they should see an allergist.

Would be helpful to provide info about going off allergy medicine in your description online or in the confirmation email after purchase, as it affects the results. It can take several weeks to clear this out of the system and if someone is working on a timeline, it may be unsettling that this could delay taking the test and could have been communicated. I emailed about this ahead of time because of past allergy testing experiences, but not everyone would know this. Also, this info was not listed/written/communicated anywhere on the product. It could be. It would be helpful to know which foods are tested upfront, rather than finding out after the fact. Last, perhaps provide information about what to do with this info after getting the results. There is a bit of an anti-climatic feeling after reading the results and thinking "now what"?

I ordered this because I have stomach issues & wanted to see if it may be something I'm eating. I ordered it, got it in the mail, sent it back in, & got my results in less than 3 weeks. I haven't eliminated my top things I'm sensitive to yet but I'm excited to see how I feel by doing so. I definitely recommend this product if you're questioning the way certain foods are making you feel.

I wasn't expecting the foods that came back as reactive on my test, which means I can safely add in some favorites and now test how my health improves by eliminating others. I'm so glad I took the test. It was fairly easy to take and the results didn't take to long. I am using this as an educational experience to help overhaul my diet and hopefully address some health issues. I would definitely recommend it!
