I really liked this test, it was so user friendly. They broke down all the steps and made it super simple and stress free. The included everything you need in the kit yo make it easy from start to finish. They also kept me updated through the entire process so I knew the status of my results from shipping process to results processing. I also got my results much faster than I thought I would. I also like how they broke down the results and made it easy to understand the food sensitivities.

The process is efficient and easy vs. an expensive and time-consuming blood test. The results give you a view of the foods at the root cause of your health issues. I would have liked to see more food tested, as I know some that cause me discomfort were not listed.

I was a little unsure of what exactly to eat/do before taking the sample to ensure the most accurate results. I was somewhat surprised by my results and expected something different based on some symptoms I had been having with eating certain foods before taking the test. It did make me more aware of what to steer away from which was helpful.

I finally found out why I have been hurting all over. A food I've been eating all my life has contributed to chronic inflammation. I've got a way to go, but already sleeping better and my wrist watch band needs tightening. The results from this test set me on a path to healing.
