I think this food test is a great product with a great price. I have seen many similar products that are comparable that are much more expensive. In addition, many similar tests require a blood draw and then the samples have to be frozen and shipped to a lab. This test is great because it can be done with a lancet and only uses a drop of blood from the finger and can be done at home. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was it took 9 days to get my results back.

Bought the basic food sensitivity kit for myself and the basic and expanded for my wife. I plan on doing the expanded in the near future and possibly doing both tests again in 6 months. It is good to note that some environmental allergies potentiate the sensitivities of certain foods. Learning this from EverlyWell helps to understand the complete picture.

I was hoping to get some answers from this test about my high TPO levels but everything came back mild or low. A nutritionist friend told me after the fact that it's because this test was only IgG testing and didn't look at the bigger picture.. (IgE (true allergy), IgG, IgG4, blocking potentials, etc) If i was to do it over again i'd take a different test that tested for it all, that way i'd get a better idea of the foods that I absolutely needed to eliminate. While the process of the at-home testing and convenience of it was wonderful, it was expensive and unfortunately kind of a waste of money for me, but my own fault for not doing the research first.

The food sensitivity test came quickly, was easy to use, and the turn around time to get results was lickety split. The results verified some of what I suspected, due to previous elimination diets, but indicated some really big surprises, too. So glad I took the time to look into this product.

This test is user friendly and the results came back so fast! I have been curious about what has been upsetting my stomachs for months! Turns out it's garlic and egg whites which I eat almost every day. I've been trying an elimination diet and have already felt a difference. My only regret is not buying the larger test.

I had a hunch that my bf was was sensitive to a few foods and so i ordered this for him. It was pretty easy to collect the blood sample and send it off, much like a ancestry test or blood type. The results came back super quick and i was right! So happy with this and want to order one for myself.

It feels good to know what my body is sensitive to, I have started to cut out and the foods and will observe how I feel! Overall satisfied with the ease of the test, giving it 4 stars because they messed up my address and it took 3 weeks to get the test, plus 5 days so roughly 4 weeks to get results.

I suspected that I had food sensitivities, but I wanted to see which ones. I was right about dairy, grains, and gluten. Now I know which foods to eliminate and get on the road to weight loss and good health. It's nice to be able to get this test at home and not have to spend a lot of money going to a doctor.

I was coughing incredibly bad for years like a smoker, though not a smoker. The doctor's diagnosed me with asthma and prescribed medicine(s). I tried eliminating certain foods that seemed obvious to create allergies: peanuts & milk. The cough persisted. My wife asked me to take the Everlywell food allergy test and the results were amazing. Yes, peanuts and milk were part of the problem, but the issue was much broader than two items. After removing the very high & moderate reactivity foods from my life, I no longer have asthma. I took the test after years of digestive problems. I knew I had issues with cow's milk. It never occurred to me that my replacement milk, coconut milk was even worse for me. This is giving me a good start on foods to eliminate to see if I can reduce my digestion symptoms. I feel a lot less overwhelmed in what to do next.
