Was happy with the self-testing process and processing time. However, the depth of the results and applicability weren't as insightful as I had hoped.

It showed products that I have never eaten nor are they in the foods I eat. I'm a vegetarian and I hate lamb. Never have had it nor is it in any of the foods I eat. I read my labels VERY WELL, as I am very conscious of all I consume.

I have a lot of issues with my stomach. I found the food sensitivity test to be very helpful in targeting which foods I may have trouble with. I also purchased the expansion test.

I've been having The sensitivity test results confirmed as well as surprised me. I'm going to take the extended version due to the GI issues I've been having.

The kit was super easy to use and to follow the directions. After I sent the blood back into the lab it only took 3 days to get results! Results are easy to read and I love that there are examples of foods that contain that ingredient

Used it in hopes of finding food allergy/sensitivities. The test showed I had some level of sensitivity to almost everything! Wished it could provide diet recommendations rather than just exclusion techniques.
