The whole process was pretty simple. Getting my results was delayed a few times which was slightly annoying. I would prefer to just get them rather than being told they will be ready when they are not.

Getting the blood drops was difficult even though I followed the directions. Other than that I am pleased with the experience and will definitely purchase additional tests.

This was great to confirm my thoughts on as few food groups and others surprised me, but I will test via elimination. Great to be able to take control of my food and health sensitivities on my own.

Love the at home resting concept, but was confused that I could have reactions to food(s) that I have never eaten or haven't eaten in 20+ years. Not sure my results were helpful for me.

I never knew I was sensitive to the foods that came up on my test. I have already made changes to my diet to eliminate these foods and I'm excited to see the difference.

The results were interesting. Some results I expected, some surprised me and some I'm questioning. I guess I'll have to try to elimination diet to see if they are right.

The process is really easy once you open up the instructions and read through what you have to do. The whole thing took me less than 10 minutes. I would do it again with other tests.

The test was easy to use. Remember to get blood from the side of your finger rather than the tip! I learned that the hard way. :-) The results were easy to understand and I was able to give a doctor report to my Naturopathic Doctor.
