The process was really easy and the results came fast. I was actually surprised what the results showed for me and I love that they give you steps on how to move forward in diet changes if needed.

Wish the information online said they were only testing for food I had eaten recently and not all foods, or at least on the box so I could have eaten some foods I thought might have been the problems.

I thought I was having issues with cow milk. I wasn't sure though. It ended up being the only thing listed in red. The res of my foods listed in yellow and blue were odd but also made sense.

Tried giving this to my doctor, and she had no clue what to do with it. Some things on my results were a surprise, adn clashed with other tests I had done recently at a lab. Might be good to get a base guideline if you are stumped.
