This product is simple and easy to use. I like the direct home application of this product. It allows me to have the answers I see, and promotes self care in my food choices.

I was surprised by my results but am excited to see the changes as I eliminate some food. I wish there was a better explanation of how to eliminate foods and more descriptions of each item, like what to look for on labels while shopping.

Nothing in the moderate or high foods- only 21 in the low. I wish it tested more foods. Foods that I eat everyday were not on the list but some were. Good to know..
