This was an easy do-it-at-home test. The package shipped quickly after ordering. The instructions were clear, and if you had any doubts, they provided a helpful video. I received my results in just a week.

The info on the test was easy to understand and follow. The results were interesting. I was surprised, that I wasn't sensitive to very many foods. Only moderately on one and mildly on six others.

I am glad I tried it. It was easy to use. My results said I only had mild sensitivity to a few items, so I didn't really learn of anything to cut from my diet, so I am at square one with my digestive issues again.
