I will try removing the 1 item that was in the moderate list but there are so many items in the low risk list that I think it's very vague as to what may be a trigger for indigestion.

Very beneficial information to help me eliminate foods I didn't realize were causing symptoms. Eliminating or significantly reducing consumption of even "mildly inflammatory" foods has greatly reduced persistent local skin rash patches.

I am happy as far as the testing. It was easy, fairly quick and i got the results and i concur...i guess I was hoping for a little more info and in depth explanations but it is definitely what it promised
