I always thought I had pimples on my arms due to getting bad. Foubd out I was allergic to eggs and it caused skin issues.i removed eggs from my foods and I no longer have issues with my skin.

The test came promptly with clear instructions. The process was made easy by return postage and turn around time was quick. I found out go info on sensitivities. Not sure if eliminating those foods will help me but hopeful!

I was shocked to see so many of the things I regularly eat on my list of sensitivities! Can't wait to see if eliminating them will finally help me feel better after years of struggling with chronic illness.

I have no high intolerance but one moderate but saw in the mild a bunch of cheese and gluten and wheat. Gluten is a major intolerance in my family so now I see why I have issues with things I should be cutting out

It was nice to find out what I am sensitive to. However, it has the same information for all categories. Not personalized at all. And, When I get my results there is no instructions on what to do next. Not Impressed.

Surprised, I have only one food I'm very sensitive to so I'll eliminate it along with the three I'm moderately sensitive to and see what happens. Thought it would be more information and detailed but we'll see.

I can't say that I learned anything special from this product. I already knew that I was sensitive to dairy. there were no surprises for me. I suppose this is a good thing, and it confirms what I had already suspected. Thanks
