I am using the product as a guide for an elimination diet, to know how far to go into the affair. It also has me thinking about consulting a nutritionist to support the elimination diet.

Straight forward instructions (videos also available) make it really easy to complete. Some tests require more blood drops then others so be aware, especially if you're doing more than one test at once. Fast results too!

I was kind of freaked at first to use the tool that pricks you, but don't be! It is easy and quick and makes it much easier. The first test I did, I broke the tool and tried to use a needle, bad idea.
