The results showed I have sensitivity to milk which I knew and bananas,and nuts.. After 5 days of not eating nuts, I have less congestion and coughing. Thank you so much!

The test so quick and easy, results came back quickly and answered so many questions for me that I had about issues with certain foods! Totally worth it!

Would like more extensive testing such as metals, environmental, and other foods. It is just not fully useful for health improvement unless you get the full picture.
