Ended up returning based on research I did online about the product. It didn't seem like the accuracy of the information I would have gotten from doing the test would have been that beneficial.

The whole process was pretty simple. Getting my results was delayed a few times which was slightly annoying. I would prefer to just get them rather than being told they will be ready when they are not.

It was great, and reassuring to see that my vegetarian diet is the right choice for me. I had 0 foods in the high reactive, and 0 foods in the moderate reactive categories. The rest were in low & mild.

Great information. Thought I might have some food sensitivity and the test nailed it. I got confirmation on what I thought it might be and I can make knowing choices now to be my best and healthiest self.

Although I had no high & only 1 food sensitivity they provided so much helpful information on ALL the foods tested. Fascinating to see & learn about myself. Will be making changes to my diet based on this.

I wish this test tested for things that were more relevant to me, and to more common intolerances. Examples of this are: peppers, alcohol, sucrose, fructose, mushrooms, duck, hemp, sunflower, green tea, and goats milk.

I took the food sensitivity test and was absolutely stunned by the results. I'm grateful that I did it because I didn't even consider some of the foods that I was reactive to as being part of the problem. Mystery solved!
