Package was delivered with timeframe mentioned. Directions were pretty straightforward and easy to understand. Nice that it has all the steps explained down to sending it back. Made it easy to know I had all the necessary prices included. I got test results back a couple days sooner than expected and they were very easy to review. I would definitely use EverlyWell again!

I purchased the food sensitivity test and am not sure of the results. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it was the test. I would definitely do some things differently like eat foods that bother me to get a more accurate result, make sure to drink lots of water before if I had another test. One positive is that I had a question regarding the test and some medication and customer service was very quick to answer my question, very professional, and polite. That is why they got a 4 star and not a 3 star. The results were a bit difficult to initially understand but were figured out. It would be nice if they had more of an explanation of what the results mean. I would recommend this but with reservations.

There is such a stigma about people giving up wheat/gluten, it was nice to have the validation that I definitely have sensitivities to them. it's made it easier to give them up, since now there's no question. Definitely recommend if you've been having issues that you suspect might befgood-related!

Once you receive the package and begin the test, you poke yourself with the lancets they provide. I was not able to get enough blood the first time so I used the second one. They gave helpful instructions on how to get more blood and explained things very throughly.

This test was easy to use and the results came back much quicker than I thought they would. I was expecting some of my results but not others. I now feel like I can make more informed decisions regarding my health. This was definitely the right decision to purchase.

This is the third food sensitivity test I've purchased since last year, and I will tell you that my last test was extremely accurate! I've had underlying issues like skin rashes that would appear suddenly or the "itchies", as well as other digestive issues and an overall "bleh" feeling. I knew it was something I was consuming but couldn't pinpoint what exactly. One morning I made myself scrambled eggs and felt my nose running when I got the email that my results were ready. I had already suspected they bothered me but eggs are in so many things. I opened my results and sure enough eggs were high for me as well as a few other culprits I suspected. It's only been a few days eliminating eggs first and already I'm not itching and a rash i had is going away. Highly recommend trying this if you haven't done so already!

The process was simple, from ordering to preparing the sample and sending back. Took 2 weeks & 3 days from ordering to getting results, which is pretty quick considering mail time both ways plus lab time. I feel confident with the food sensitivity results, as it confirmed things I knew to be problematic, suspected to be problematic, and a few more I hadn't thought about that I will be eliminating to see if that improves my health.

My wife first did the test and it was spot on for things that she somewhat knew that she was sensitive to. She did the expanded version which fell in line with her other results. That prompted me to try it. For me it was more out of curiosity. At lunch just yesterday, we talked about it with our oldest son who immediately ordered it. He's the person that eats and exercises for top performance everyday. Excited to see what he comes back with. This also gives me the thought that I need to be really supportive of my wife and just don't look over things that might bother her.

Pros; Test results were easy to understand. Loved the number in addition to the normal/abnormal. Now I can ditch the fodmap diet and eliminate only the foods that bother me! Cons: The test took several days to arrive, but only a few to return to the lab. The info about whether to add your name to the specimen card was a bit confusing.

I was pleased with the test and the results. Easy to order, complete and return. The report was prompt and thorough. Really helped me know what to avoid. Seeing an allergist soon but was taking so long that I needed to do something. These results made so much sense. Thank you.
