What a great idea. It was convenient and easy to use. The result came back pretty quickly. The information is good to know. However, I'm a little discouraged because I didn't have any severe or moderate sensitivities. But I guess that's a good thing.

Overall is really good, but it could be excellent for the consumer. 2 suggestions 1. on each food result after the explanation it provides additional resources. Those resources could be expanded given the fact that they all mention the benefits/ values of eating that food, but if your result is highly sensitive to it, then the information more resourceful would be substitute food with same nutrients, or similar to that. 2. The partnership with Helix to include DNA results didn't impress me at all. Found it very vague or superficial. I was expecting more information.

I knew I would sometimes react to pineapple, cow milk, and walnuts. Now I have lab results proving my suspicion that I am sensitive to these foods, as well as some new ones. The test was easy, results were quick, information is clear. I have already recommended EverlyWell to family. If I did it again, I would have do the food sensitivity plus DNA test.

The process of the package was great. It was easy to use and followed the timeline that was presented to me. However I was disappointed in my results. I have had some stomach issues when it comes to eating and after a few doctors visit, I decided to try this test instead to see if it would show any foods I was reactive to. My results showed nothing I was highly or moderately reactive to and listed about everything imaginable for lowly reactive. I am left with results I have no clue what to do with and no clarity on what actually can be of hinderance to my body. This test was too broad.

I have always had gut issues. After taking my first everlywell test, I removed all trouble Foods. Made a huge noticeable difference in my gut issues. Just took my 2nd test a year later. I figured there would be other issues that would pop up after I eliminated the major initial findings. So now I have some new items to eliminated and test out.

A standard allergy test through my physician resulted in zero "allergies". Due to rash like spotting on my face I thought it wise to determine if I had any food sensitivities through the EverlyWell testing. Despite having a number of foods identified as only "mild" sensitivities, eliminating them from my diet has reduced my facial spotting by 90% in a week. Great results for a very reasonable cost.

I have an autoimmune disease and I needed to eliminate foods from my diet. The results of my food sensitivity test told me which foods I'm sensitive to without wasting time and energy. These are great products that help you take control of your own health.

My prior review of this product was not carefully informed and for this I apologize. I have reviewed the results once again and clearly see that they have surprisingly more merit than I thought. I suppose an allergy test would give more in depth results, but I am happy to be alerted to the few items that may be causing upset in my digestive system. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The test was so easy to use (only took a couple of days to receive). Once I mailed it back in, received my results in less than a week. Was actually surprised at some of my results, but so much information.

Very easy and quick process! I learned about foods that I am sensitive to that I never would have guessed! In my results I was shown the foods I am highly sensitive to, moderately sensitive to, mildly sensitive to, AND the foods that I am not sensitive to at all. Along with this information, I was guided to next steps I can take toward Improving my health and reducing problem symptoms by eliminating the choices on my high/moderate/mild list. Overall easy and very clear process!
