I love seeing exactly what I should eliminate from my diet vs guessing. I didn't realize that I should've eaten at least a little of each food within 28 days of taking the test for the best results. I randomly started having adverse reactions to shellfish years back. It showed low reactivity, but that may only be because I haven't eaten it in years. Otherwise, it's a great way to help me navigate the best foods for my specific body.

This is a great starting off point to help you understand what food sensitivities you may have. I started reacting to different foods but had no idea what could be causing my reactions but taking this test helped outline which foods to start eliminating. Within the first few days of eliminating my top few food sensitivities, I felt tons better!

I found it to be simple to do and follow the directions. The videos were very helpful. I did however have a bit of trouble getting the blood droplets. Fortunately I was able to do 4 out of 5 and it was acceptable. I contacted customer service with my concerns and they were very prompt and helpful. I got some well needed information and some were a bit of a surprise. Very helpful. The test was sent to me within 2 days of ordering and the follow up was of acceptable time frame. Very impressive

One of my extreme allergies was Egg White. I have been eating eggs as a part of my "healthy routine" and didn't know why I had so many problems. Lots of other foods were also on my moderate list. Feeling soooo so much better after three weeks of having eliminated most of the problem items. Thank you!!

I have been wanting to get an IgG sensitivity test for quite some time. My primary care never found the need justified, since I did not have the classic gastrointestinal issues. I have had adult acne and achy joints as well as bursitis. Being a scientist, I felt it appropriate to seek out answers for myself. I love the idea of direct to consumer testing, where third party payers are not involved in the transaction. From ordering, to collection, to results the process took about 2 weeks. My kit only had 3 lancets, which I heard there was suppose to be 4 in the kit. The procedure was easy and I mailed my kit back the following day. The results took about a week. I was surprised with my results at first. I do think consumers should be aware that many sensitivities are not "food allergies" and an IgG is different than an IgE response. A great tool for the health conscience consumer!

I have not had time to go through my test results with a fine tooth comb, but there were a few foods listed that I hope to try and eliminate and see if it helps my gut. My only suggestion to others is to pay attention to the posts that say you need to prepare your finger before the poke, by running it under hot water, etc. I take a blood thinner so thought I would have no problem getting enough blood, but I had to squeeze and squeeze and I actually bruised my finger. That was 2 weeks ago and it finally doesn't hurt.

I felt like I was really able to see how food affects me vs how I feel not eating something for a couple weeks. I took this test because even though I eat a healthy diet, I was still feeling bloated and achy at times. I couldn't figure out why. Well- now that I have my results I am shocked! I am vegan and rely on almonds for a lot of things and found out that almonds are something I am highly sensitive to. I was shocked but now I know and that is very freeing!

Easy to use, did take a little more blood than I figured it would - as a diabetic I'm used to finger pricks but those strips take far far less blood. Apparently I have a sensitivity to eggs! Good to know. Haven't done the elimination diet yet, going to soon. Looking forward to seeing how I feel after!

For almost a year now I have been trying to identify food sensitivities through an elimination diet. It has been nearly impossible to tell what was causing issues. Now that I have my results I know that I have so many sensitivities that I never would have gotten accurate results through a traditional elimination diet. My daughter suffers from digestive issues and we found out there are many foods her gut can't tolerate. It's been good for her. I on the otherhand only had 5 things that bother my digestive system and I don't eat them often enough to have any problems.
